Visit the Ashram

The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch is a Catskill Mountain retreat just two hours from New York City, providing an ideal environment for meditation, contemplation, rest and relaxation. In order to maintain the spiritual, rejuvenating energy of this sacred space, the ashram maintains a traditional yogic discipline and lifestyle common to all the Sivananda Ashrams around the world. This discipline allows guests and students to discover Yoga's powerful tools and learn simple, practical tips on how to facilitate personal growth.

Come by yourself, bring a friend orbring your whole family. Our volunteer staff is always happy to welcome and assist you in your stay with us.
