

The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch offers two five-day yoga courses during our calendar year. Both of these weekday retreats offer you a quieter ashram experience, more personalized attention and a beauitful opportunity to connect with your Self and nature.
To grow deeper in your experience, we warmly invite you to stay throughout the weekend or even longer. The retreat runs from Sunday evening through Friday afternoon, offering you more personal time with our veteran teaching staff who can guide you in your Sadhana, or spiritual practices. Please arrive early enough to settle in and enjoy the Sunday afternoon Hatha Yoga class (begins at 4pm), dinner and meditation.

Yoga Lifestyle Retreat Description
Another five-day yoga course, our Lifestyle Retreat, is designed as a way for beginners to ignite your personal practice and introduce you to the basic teachings of living a Yogic lifestyle. These retreats are ideal if you are a beginner to Yoga or if you desire to renew your Yoga practice.
You will be guided systematically and deeply through the theory and practice originally taught by our founder, Swami Vishnudevananda and his Five Points of Yoga.
