

Course Description
This weekend intensive is perfect for anyone who desires to learn the practices and benefits of a meditation practice. By learning and practicing the science of meditation, the path to inner peace, one is able to better adopt life's challenges, evolve more quickly on the spiritual path and establish a closer relationship with the Eternal Self within.
Meditation is the royal road to super consciousness. It is the ladder that will elevate you from bondage to truth, bliss, abiding peace, and knowledge. The practice of meditation is prescribed as part of the spiritual practice under all major religions and spiritual traditions. Join us and learn from our director the theory and practice of meditation, how it can take you beyond your mind and open the deepest chambers of your heart.
This course is open to all meditation experience levels.

Director and senior teacher (acharya) of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch, Srinivasan has dedicated his life to the propagation the classical teachings of Yoga. Srinivasan served and studied with his guru and yoga master, Swami Vishnudevananda, for sixteen years and now continues to carry the teachings as a direct disciple.
As acharya, Srinivasan leads our team of teacher trainers, conducts the morning satsangs at the ashram, and leads workshops on various aspects of yoga philosophy and practice. He also leads the ashram's move toward Earth Care and sustainability, finding an effortless union between Permaculture and Yoga. He is a knowledgable and compassionate teacher whose life mission is empowering all with the peace and wisdom of Yoga.
